1. How do I place an order?
Just place the pieces you wish to buy in the electronic shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". If you want to see how many items you have in your cart, click "My Cart". When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" and follow the easy instructions to complete your order and select your payment option. 2. Do you have the chinese herbs I need?

3. Can I take an item out of my shopping cart once it has been selected?
Once you put an item in your shopping cart, you can take it out again by clicking "My Cart", selecting " DELETE " in the last column for the item you wish to remove, and then clicking " DELETE " on the lower left.
4. What payment options do you accept?

2. When will my orders be shipped?
Normally we'll ship your order within half an hour to two full day after receiving payment, Your herbs will be sended to our Shenzhen city,Shanghai city or Guangzhou City post company to leave from Guangzhou Port or Shanghai Port directly,that’s according to stock in warehouse,shipping policy ect. Moreover,we will contact you with the tracking number when it leave China. Specific situation please to contact our service pearson.
3. How will my order be packed?
We will place your order into one box at no extra charge. We'll use all precautions available to make sure your order has a safe, smooth ride.
4. Will I be billed duties and taxes?
For most of the countries,you don't need to pay any duties and taxes.And for a few counties,depends on the spot check rate.Coutry Italy,Spain and Germany customs are very strick,please change the shipping address to another county which neighbor you.
5. How do I know that my item has shipped?
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirming the time it was sent, with a link to the carrier's tracking page, There, you can check your package's location in real time. you could also login your account on our website to check. 6. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?
Shipping times vary depending on your location,U.S and most European countries,averages 2-4 weeks or more for delivery,

7. When will my order arrive?
It depends on where you live. Although our shipping service, Postal EMS Express, usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, it may take longer for some rural or remote areas. 8.How can if cancel my order.
The China Post cannot tell where it is until it updated,so neither do us.
We'll full refund 2 month no update(lost state) or returend by China Customs directly (Never Left China),
refund products value only after see the package returned tracking information from destination countries(customer cancelled the order voluntarily,when package arrived,please refuse to sign,pacakge will be returned to us).
